I tried setting up an account. Seems there's no place to put a code...did they do away with the corporate account/site? Maybe anyone that had one still does but can you still create a new one? I have one through DiamondBack but I'd like one through Raleigh...trying to get a bike for a friend who wants to start riding but doesn't want to spend a lot of money...figure this would be a good way to get him more bike for the money without going used.

I sent them a message and quickly got a response which was surprising. They simply upgraded my account to a corporate account so now I can see the discounted prices. Nice and easy.

In case anyone is looking for feedback on ordering online from Raleigh:
Willard 2 was ordered on Wednesday, and came today, Friday. Pretty fast. FedEx.
Bike was brilliantly packaged. Zero damage.
Price paid was 55% of list ($1,399), to my door, i.e. 45% off. Better deals can probably be had if one was to wait until the dead of winter.

Though I'd share my experience as well. Ordered a Tamland 1 on Sunday. Paid $1,028.84 with corporate discount plus additional 5% coupon. It shipped Monday, and arrived Wednesday.
Bike appeared to be packaged well. Rear derailleur was adjusted poorly, wouldn't shift past the 3rd largest rear cog. There is some slight paint damage, like someone tried to screw something into the two holes on the frame above the rear derailleur. Also, the rear brake rotor is warped and dragging a bit.
Only rode it a bit so far as most of my time has been spent tuning the shifting.

Regarding delivery & packaging, I'll add that I was 100% impressed with my shipped bike (and price) from Raleigh/DB. Gears/brakes were ready to go. Later, when trying to remove the rear axle/wheel, it appeared as if it had been misinstalled (or damaged during shipping). Barely could remove axle/wheel. Couldn't fully re-insert it. Then I stripped the axle handle. Mechanic had to remove it. Axle/nut replaced. I'd guess the problem was with whoever assembled it prior to shipping. Not too much heartburn, and I would buy again in the same way. Just chiming in.

My bike had one minor issue. Upshifting was spot on, but it seemed to be hesitant on downshifts once in a while. I took it in to the LBS, have one nearby where I really like the mechanic. He checked it out and found that the mechanism around the derailleur was sticky. Lubed it up with some Shimano grease he said he really likes, checked the indexing. The bike shifts perfectly now. $15 spent.
I was riding my old steel mountain bike a lot prior to getting the Willard. The Willard is light years smoother, faster, and more secure on the gravel trail I ride. I was concerned about going to an Alu frame bike from steel. Totally a non issue. I was running 26x1.75 tires on my MTB, and have 700x40 on the Willard. I generally ride a 20 or 25 mile ride on the MO Rock Island Trail a few times a week. Before, I was averaging 13-14 mph on those rides. Two rides on that trail with the Willard, 15 mph average, so I've gained about 1.5 mph average speed. Ride is much smoother on the Willard, I now see the benefit of going 29 vs. 26. I roll over stuff on the Willard that I would have had to slow down for on the old Hardrock. Overall "buzz" or fatigue is less, too. I can't think of one thing the old bike does better.
Of particular note is the anti shock seat post and stem. Especially the stem. I was skeptical that it was a gimmick, but it really seems to work pretty well. I notice a lot less chatter through the bars compared to my old bike. Some of that might be tires, but some is for sure the stem.
If I had it to do over again, I may have gone with the Willard One instead of the Two. I chose the two because I'd never had a 1x11 bike, and was curious. It's flat enough around here that I can see where it might be nice to have a second ring to have a touch taller gearing. I can come close to topping out on pavement if I'm trying hard, with the 1x11. Not really a big deal, and I haven't done the gear calculations to know for sure that the 2x9 would gain you much more top end. Easy enough to change the front ring from a 38 to 40 or 42 if it was a concern, I guess.

Is https://www.raleighusa.com/partner and CYCLE4TAW still the current combination?

My overall experience was good, and the bike I bought this summer is an excellent value for the money. I'm truly happy with it, and I am planning a second purchase shortly.
The bike came in what I would term as "shop ready" condition. Someone not accustomed to wrenching on bikes and without some of the specialized tools would have run into trouble when putting it together.

I bought the 2016 Tamland 1 this spring. The seat post collar which is integrated had scratches on it. Raleigh said they probably would knock some money off another purchase for me which sure is tempting for me as I am looking at the Roker Comp since it isn't being manufactured in 2018.

I understand the Corporate discount as I have that account set up. Curious as to how you also got the 5% discount though. I googled discounts on Roker Comps and there is a company out there now selling the Roker's less than the Raleigh Corporate price.

There is some evidence that Raleigh.com is liquidating inventory and reducing operations.

Seems to be a huge discount on Tamland One's right now. There is a store selling them for $769 on Ebay.

So that could be Raleigh reducing operations, or it could just be a company with extra stock selling it to a discount retailer to get the inventory off their books and move on with new models.
Selling a bunch of old inventory to 365cycles(im guessing thats who it is) or RandomBikeParts.com isnt evidence of reducing operations.
Companies have 'blowout' sales all the time to get rid of old stock. Nashbar basically exists because they buy up a bunch of random extra stock for cheap from companies looking to offload inventory for whatever reasons.
Perhaps Raleigh is reducing operations, but I wouldnt think that just from some old stock being sold by a discount retailer.

They might just be making adjustments, I haven't seen or heard any thing about them ceasing operations. They have a business model that seems to be evolving.
