Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

cross races in Italy?

I have a friend that is heading to Italy for a few weeks (12/22) and
was originally planning on bringing the road bike. But, are there are any local
amateur cross races then, he would prefer to bring the cross bike.

He asked if I could locate an amateur cyclocross schedule
for Italy knowing he'll be in the Bologna / Ferrara area ( Emilio Romangna ).

Thanks in advance!

any websites that would list races?

Yeah go to the UCI web www.uci.ch site and look under the national federations link, Italy's national cycling body will have a schedule of all the races listed, usually sorted by date and categories.
