Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Nice job!

As for lowering your handlebars? On a 'cross bike? That you want to race??

I disagree. Looks like you might have your bars positioned just right. Cyclocross is not about being "aero" and commuting on the bike needs to be comfortable.

Ha, what we need is a sticky thread called "Extreme Makeover: Bicycle Edition"

Looks good.
For asthetic reasons, I'd ask for a stem change to silver. But if that one already fits...

Yeah, gotta love hand built OP's. Mine are almost as fast my Ksyrium Elites, only ~30g heavier, and the best part: everybody assumes I'm on some sort of generic build and must be strong as an ox.

Nice conversion. I sold my Crossroads to a buddy who promptly left it unlocked outside the bar... It might be a safe town but it's not that safe.
