Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

You should be able to run a standard 109.5 or whatever the short Octalink bottom bracket is unless you want to run a double chain guard. If you run a a 3rd eye catcher and outer guard you don't need to do anything special and it works just fine.
