I can't decide whether to do this one or the OMBC series finale on sunday...too many hard choices in life!
i'm going to this on the 5th! my first "bonafied" cx race ever.
Apotnolid, Where are you from? Be prepared for some serious suffering................
cleveland. i'm doing it singlespeed, any suggestions on ratio? i'm guessing it's not flat and fast so i won't be at too much of a disadvantage.
No not really fast and flat...... AS they say it contains a bit of everything. Not sure what the others are using on their singles, I ride gears.
What class you racing in?
c/novice. i've raced in some "bandit" / "underground" cross series, but this will be my first official race. racing with way more people than i'm used to (and with people who i don't really know), i figure that the beginner class will be a good bet.
42/20 with 38c tires and 175mm cranks on my San Jose has gotten me onto the "B-class" podium in two of the BikeAuthority races. I initially was worried that this gearing was too low, but it has worked out pretty well for me so far.
nice. see ya'll tomorrow!
good race, totally fun! bay village/rose hill (?) next week, for sure.
