Jamis SuperNova
Hi All,
New member here looking for a new cyclocross bike. Does anyone here own (or have any experience) with the Jamis Supernova? On paper it looks awesome but I can't find any reviews on it, and it's not stocked locally.
Thanks
Shaun

Rode with a guy in february who had one and loved it. It looked really sharp, with great spec. I'll
call it a buy.

WOW I'mweighin'-in late on THIS one,if you see it,whoever does,Two dudes at my LBS say it's their Favorite ,the store doesn't stock the model, they ordered them for themselves, one said he liked the way the disc brakes worked especially. That store stocks the Jamis cruisers, they have Giant,Trek,Felt and Cannondales in stock.I prefer the Nova,I'm old and stubborn,I like steel. Not to sway you with that! Jamis has very sensable models,if it appeals,I'd order it.It's doubtfull you'll be disappointed.Use another bike to determine the size,it's a tiny bit higher 'cause it's a cyclecross, keep that in mind. The color is really nice.

thanks for the replies, I went ahead and ordered one. So far I have only heard good things about this bike but its still a little weird buying a bike without ever seeing it in person. nevertheless I'm sure I made a good choice. for such a well spec'd bike coming from a well-known company, it surprises me that there has been so little news/fanfare of it.

Ya, it seems like Jamis is only advertising their carbon road bikes this season. Maybe the SuperNova ads will come at the end of the summer/early fall.
