Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

CX in Montreal, Quebec, Canada?

This is a simple one.

Is there anyone out there from Montreal aside from me?
If there is, do ou know of any cross races or CX clubs out here?

If there are please either private msg me or send an email through bike forums.

Thanks
Justin

Hey. I'm in Montreal and plan do hit a couple of races in the fall.

I go to Mont Royal pretty often to do some training runs in the woods. Pretty good spot considering you're in the middle of the city!

Ok, take care

Sébastien

Keep your eyes on Martin Swiss, https://www.martinswiss.net/en/ They organize a cross training schedule when the season gets closer. They are a very good shop for cyclocross as well.
You can also check out https://velobosco.tripod.com/ , not too far from town & one of the fellows said it's a nice little series on Saturdays!
If you don't mind travelling a bit more, https://www.ottawabicycleclub.ca/cyclocross in/around Ottawa is a great series. More of a European type affair with the wide open courses vs the Quebec scene which can turn into mountain cross with all the single track.
See you guys out there!

my bike was recently stolen so I have to put a hold on the training. I will have my secondary bike built up this week or next (as soon as the parts come in)
