Kona or Ridley Cross Frame Size-->How Tall Are You, What Size Road Frame Do You Ride
I am trying to decide between a Kona Major Jake and a Ridley Supercross.
I am 5'9" and ride a road bike with a 560 top tube and 30.5 inch standover.
Need some advice on sizing -- 52 or 54?
Extra Credit Bonus: Should I get the Major Jake or Supercross?

Since you know you ride road with a 56cm top tube - buy a cross bike based on a slightly shorter one, like 54.5-55 cms - this will give you a slightly more relaxed position. Size based on TT and you'll avoid the cross bike confusion of sizes 'cause of higher BBs and such.
(I ride a 58.5 TT on my cross bike, road bikes that fit me have a 59-60cm TT)
