What year Bianchi is this?
I've been trying to figure it out for a bit now but Bianchi's archives only work about 4 years back. I haven't been able to match up the color of the frame with any of the Volpes I've seen. All the stuff on it is Tiagra and it looks to be on its stock WTB allterrainasaurus tires. The brakes are Avid 15c and it is a Reynolds 520 frame. Any ideas?
Here's a large but a bit blurry pic

The 1" headset and quill stem date it back atleast 6-9 years. I do not know when they made the shift to 1" 1/8 th headsets and forks. The cranks look like their square taper.......so probably somewhere around late 90's.

i've got a 2006 Bianchi with a 1" headset... though you're spot-on about the quill stem. i think dark blue was offered in 99, 00 and 01...
