Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

The ultimate sandbagger...

I know this photo's over a year old, and so maybe it was already covered and I missed it. Regardless, I thought this was funny.

Hey, just because you can hammer on the road dose not mean you can race cross.

This is true but I think he won that race In fact Will Black almost beat him. Granted he's a former pro mtb'r and now a superb Masters cross racer but non the less.

I can't imagine that he'd race anything other than 1/A. Then he'd really be sandbagging.

Hey, if I were a Cat 1 crosser it would be cool to be there just to say you raced against Lance.

It would be pretty funny if he was racing Bs though...

EDIT: And that X01 looks bone stock except for the paint. No more blaming the equipment guys, that think doesn't even have deep dish tubulars or a carbon fork
