2007 Raleigh RX.1

I have come across a decent deal on a new 2007 Raleigh RX1.0. I have never ridden a cyclo-cross and was wondering what people think of this specific bike and or brand.

I have been riding an old hard tail Cannondale bike from 1996.

I should mention that I am a large framed rider 230+ pounds.

Any help would be great....

Thanks...

Great bike. I own and race one and weigh about 215. I have replaced most everything on the bike and have it built up at just under 18 lbs with my race wheels. Strong frame and great fork. That being said, if it doesn't fit you, it is never a good deal. As far as brand goes, I also ride a Raleigh (2005 Prestige) on the road. Also a great bike.

It seems to be a good...as an adult I have never had this style of bike. I have only owned my brothers old Cannondale.

I think it is time for a change...The bike shop is going to fit me, and all that good stuff.
