Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Practice Barriers

I'm planning on building some practice barriers this weekend and I can remember how high they should be.

Anyone know off the top of their heads or a good link?

40 cm. I made good one last year. It's a good thing to have.

That should be a sticky. Those are very nice portable barriers. Mine was made of wood and weighs a ton, has a more real cross feel to it though, ie you hit it, it hurts
