Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Single Speed Cyclocross Info

Hi guys and girls,

I have been watching this CX forum for some time now and occasionally a thread comes in regarding SSCX, but I was wondering if there is a better source of info? Maybe a couple other blogs or homepages I should be aware of?

Any info or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Just general info, write ups, bike porn, eBay listings, gearing, equipment testing, etc. I know there was a site named 63xc, (http://www.63xc.com/) with some good info but I don't believe that site is still being maintained, and was from a fixed gear perspective.

I subscribe to Cyclocross Magazine, and that's a great mag but I was thinking there should be something online as well. Road, Mountain, Fixed, etc., all have their various sites so I figure CX must also have something... Or?

There was a guy who used to post here a long time ago who was a pro racer from canada that road single speed. He had some great postings and a web site but I can't remember his name. Does any one else know who I am talking about? You may want to search way back in this sub forum though he hasn't posted in a long time and I don't know if his posts are even here any more.
