It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". Otherwise, in Central Ohio, there aren't a lot of roads that haven't been paved over. You can head to SE or NE Ohio to find those.

There's also quite a bit of 'cross race action down near Cincinnati.
