Cyclocross brake lever install help please!

Hi....I have a new to-me cross bike on the way (2003 Bianchi Axis) and I'd like to order all the parts I need for the bike so I can work on it. The only thing I have no experience is with the alternate cross-style brakes. I can find them easily on the web but don't know how they are intergated into the brake system and if I need to order additional brake cable for it etc. If anyone can tell me what I need and walk me thru an install, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks....

The levers will come with simple instructions. Since these levers are spliced within your cable housing and you use your existing cables, there's really nothing extra you need to install these. One only items you will need are a couple of new cable ends. A good set of pliers to cut the cable housing and a pair of cable cutters if you already don't have them...
