Cable hanger for 1" threaded Chris King headset?

Hey all,
I'm building up a steel cross bike that takes a 1" threaded headset. I'd like to go with a Chris King 2nut. Their website says that it is compatible with a cable hanger; is there a specific kind of cable hanger I should be looking for? Thanks in advance.

I have one - they mount just like a headset spacer. I may even have a spare one - PM me if you are interested.

Every shop in the world should have these in their parts drawer. Try your LBS.
