Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Is it possible to run hydraulic discs on drops?

Hydraulic disc brakes on your drop bars, is it possible? I saw someone said they had it on a Singular back some time ago but cant find it now...

I've never seen drop levers for hydros and I don't know what it would take to make them work. Not worth it IMO and I love some good hydros. If you were good at building stuff I could see it being fairly straightforward.

Hmm... There was a Singular that had them, they looked normal from a distance but never saw a close- up. Only reason Im asking is b/c my hydros are almost brand new and I would hate to not be able to use them.

Never heard of hydraulic brake levers for road bars, but Avid does make a cable disc brake that will work on drop bars, maybe there was some confusion or misidentification?

I believe Magura used to make some hydraulic drop-bar levers. There's no more new stock available, used ones occasionally go up for sale on ebay and fetch crazy prices.
