Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Look at Surly cross check. I think it can take a 47 tire and 42 with fenders.

i want the front as low as possible. the forks for 29sr still puts the front too high. looks funny. with a cross fork it drops the bb. im sticking with a cross frame. i may have to have a ti frame built with wider chainstays. hopefully i can find a stock frame that works

The Rat will take 42s. If you feel like writing a short review sometime, please do!
