Are the dimensions of cyclocross wheels the same as road wheels?

Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". also there are some wheels that tend to make better cross wheels than others, aka wider rims

Fulcrum rims run wider, as do Bontrager from what I hear.

while the rims should fit a std road bike, you will likely have to change the tire to something 28 mm or even 25 mm.

FWIW, I just used my road training wheels as CX wheels: 32h Open Pros on Ultegra hubs. Bombproof.

sun makes a wider rim as well, I plan on using it for the next wheelset I build.
