Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Any info on 2011 Raleigh RX 1.0?

I want to purchase a CX bike. I like the Raleigh for the fact it seems like the most bang for my buck. Does anyone know if there will be any major changes for the 2011 model?

Thanks

My understanding is that there won't be any major changes, maybe some minor changes and the paint is going to change. Redline has the Conquest Pro on clearance so I would go check your local bike shop to see if you can get a deal on one.

Thanks for the information. I called Redline last week about the Recall and they told me about the clearance. I just ordered one from UBC in Tampa and got one for $1399 (plus tax and shipping). Can't wait to get it.

I know the question isn't as important as it once was, but it will remain virtually unchanged component wise. it will be green and red like the chinese flag, it can be seen if you ;ook up 2011 RX1.0. It will be available in August.

That's a fine looking ride.

The 2011 Raleigh RX 1.0 will have Shimano 105 components instead of SRAM Rival.

Anyone know what the pricing is on the 2011? I can't seem to find any info on it, or even a release date. I'd think it'd be in my LBS by now.
