My very first conversion!
My attempt at building a cross bike while on a tight budget.
2 years in the thinking/dreaming/making. Let me know what you guys think.
99% complete...just needs some fine tuning.

250 total...got the bike for an amazing deal on CL, only $60! Put it together myself so i saved on the lbs labor cost. Also had the saddle, pedals, and wheelset laying around.

Absolute wowness (not a word, I know) I have been looking to do a conversion from a hybrid of some sort. I really hope it turns out as good as yours!!

First thing that comes to mind when I see those first pictures, just like looking at a beat up car...at some point in the past some person was just thrilled to death and proud as can be to come home with that thing all shiny and new.
