Good deal or not? Conquest frame

I'm looking at a frame with some parts on it but no fork, 07 or so Conquest Team used frame.

Is $150 plus shipping going to really be worth it for me to build it up? For some reason, the Conquest frames seem to go for low prices on ebay. Should I spring for it and build it up? I've got a few spare parts but the big money is in the wheels and shifters and fork I'd still need.

I have an 06 conquest pro bike that I got for 550 a year or so ago. I am really happy with it and would buy another one if I needed a bike.

Full bike eh? Hmm, without a fork it's not looking like a stellar deal.

Any idea what a good price would be for a forkless conquest? I'm watching what's on ebay right now.
I even see a frame identical to mine, hmm. N+1...
