I've been riding and building endurance but have yet to work on skills for cross. Well, I've been waiting to figure out what dates would be best for my first event. Saturday works way better for the family and I just realized this weekend is a Saturday event. Looks Like i'm going to jump in earlier than I thought.
I figure I'll have to work on skills every day this weekend to develop some muscle memory for the event. Then again, it's too late for much of it and I feel its basically going to be survival. Oh well, It'll sure be fun!
Should I rest on Friday and stay off the bike? Anything I can do of importance?
