Soaking zipps in acetone
Sounds crazy at first, but I have LOADS of glue on my Zipps that I want to repurpose for road season. My potential setup was to put some acetone in a drywall mud hand held hopper, and let the zipp soak in it for 30 minutes or so to loosen up the acetone. Scrape with a plastic spoon/knife until mostly clean, then soak a different section.
It might take awhile, but better than sitting there forever pick pick pick at the glue.

Thought about starting a new thread to document this insane process, but here goes. Start with one glass of Crown Royal Special Reserve, two movies, one butter knife your wife doesn't know your using, and one Zipp 303 rim with 600 grams of glue on it. Begin by working the knife blade nearly straight down from the inside of the rim, and start creating a bead down the center channel. Repeat on other side. Now do this again, both sides. Now start pulling that bead up, one hand pulling the bead of glue, and one hand working with the knife lifting the glue off the rim. I imagine this is going to take me about 8 hours total per rim.
Once I'm done with the knife technique, I'm hoping that acetone and the scrub pads I had will remove enough glue to where it's just residue I can clean up. We'll see. That should be in March sometime at the rate I'm going. Not like I'd ride these outside anyway right now.
