Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Thanks for the links; those were some of the best pictures that I have seen from Stumptown. It was amazing to see how quickly everything turned to mud! It was a fantastic race to watch, especially the race for second once Pontoni took off during the second lap.

I love the picture of Barry Wicks at the end of the race (TOMO133.jgs)!

I'll be there too. I've been fighting a cold all week and haven't been able to ride much. I figure that riding in the rain will likely do more harm than good right now. I think that it's gonna hurt on Sun.
