Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

important race accessory

I was cruising through Harbor freight the other day and came across this bad boy http://www.harborfreight.com/steel-cow-bell-97659.html I am officially ready for cross season now.

This bell has a much deeper pitch, and more importantly louder than those little novelty ones you see. All in all, 4$ well spent.

Good to know! I'd searched HFT earlier with no luck.

I have one near my house. I love HF. I will have to see if they have them in stock.

"Guess what?! I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!"
