Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Wrong video? Just sat through all 6 minutes of that (actually pretty cool, nice tight racing), and there's no crash?

... I gave up at 4 mins. Which is slightly more (proportionally) than I completed of today's race.

Also, brutal shot of the bike lying in two pieces right on front of the camera...Stevens proudly displayed!

Surely not the bike's fault, but still.

If there were a collision that deserved to snap a fork, that was it.

Sorry 'bout that!
To redeem myself, video recap of todays superprestige race is here; http://superprestige.vt4.be/video/as...e-samenvatting
Good footage but no knarly crashes, looks like a pretty tame (fast) course. Nys need do do a rain dance to get some mud.

I finally found a youtube feed for this years euro cross races (posted by cyclocrosschannel11), easier to download and watch without all the start-stop buffering on a slower connection than the Belgian TV sites.
Full 1 hr coverage of yesterdays world cup Koksijde sand fest is up at;
