Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

GAry fisher? pics added!

got a 2010 Gary Fisher erwin for $750. looks like it has 100 miles on it. Its a pretty sweet bike in person, even with the silly Tiagra shifters.

Tiagra bike for $750? I wouldn't call that a steal, unless I'm missing something

update: 1st cx today, bike rides and handles like a dream, Tiagra ain't so bad. Was getting random compliments all day. Not many steel frames like this one. Adjustable wheel base looks baddass. Not as retro as the custom steels some folks were rockin, forgot the name.

Tiagra is fine for cross, especially when you stuff it full of mud.

Yah post pics. There's a huge steel framebuilder presence in the NE area for cyclocross w/ Richard Sachs, Zoncanado, Geekhouse, IF, Dornbox, Spooky and Gaulzetti (aluminum for them).
