Cycling after injury
I'm not asking for advice or anything, but i'm curious, what's the worst injury you've gotten and how long before you got back on the bike? I'm facing a serious knee injury and about 12 weeks. What have y'all done to seriously injury yourselves?

My opinoin would be to stay off the bike for a little while. Do other training to get your knee back in to shape and useful. If your waiting to do cyclcross soon than run, but please wear a brace for it.

I have to stay off my bike for at least a couple more weeks (month total) because of a hernia operation. But that is a different story.
