Recreational Cyclocross and Gravelbiking This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like :The Dirty Kanza". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Nashbar Raises the Price on Steel Cyclocross

Looks like Nashbar raised the price on their steel cyclocross bike again, by $100. Last week it was listed at $799. Now it's up to $899. Figures. With their frequent 20% off sales, $640 was too cheap for that groupset. Even at $720 now, it's still a good deal.

SOP. Nashbar usually ups the price on the really low margin models right before a 20% promotion.

For as long as they have had some sort of facility or presence in your state. It may be that you moved recently or they just opened a facility (warehouse, distribution, order center, headquarters, etc) in your state.
