There is very little information on the advert of this frame. It's impossible to know how the frame would fit or if the frame is even safe without a geometry chart and more hard data on the tube quality. There are many reputable suppliers of low cost frames on the internet, why take a risk with mystery meat?

A generic cro-mo frame sold in several sizes?
Well if you already have a donor bike, you can build up a CX bike for cheap. At $77 to $86, this is a steal!
Complete hi ten bikes go for much more than that nowadays.

Cheap enough to give it a try , unless you are really risk adverse *.. of course its only a frame , you have to buy everything else ..
but it is Red..
Of course they wont answer questions its just an inventory SKU number to them .. * so it seems you are..
Want answers before you buy How about visiting a bike Shop?
Rather odd all sizes , it would seem as said they are all the same top tube length, which other than the biggest size is proportionally rather long.
maybe the Chinese factory followed bad instructions accurately, that's why they had to dump them onto the market, cheap.
but it is Red..

Doing a search on the Manufacturer Part Number gave me this information:
• Manufacturer: Cycle Force Group
• Manufacturer Part Number: CF-930014060
• SKU: 12846241
• UPC: 664332863056
• Shipping: $0.00
• Warranty: 1 year Limited Manufacturer
• Description: This Cro-mo Red Cyclocross Frame is rugged and lightweight and is a perfect solution for do-it-yourself craftspeople. This frame is constructed from Chromoly.
Which at least gives a manufacturer. Except, they're actually just an importer of what appear to be low end bikes.

Take a look at the closeup view of the reinforcements behind the headtube. Workmanship doesn't look that great. Also, way too little information.

it's amazing how fast parts add up, most production bikes include the frame essentially for free if you consider the retail price of the parts. If you can build the bike from parts you own, the calculus changes quite a bit, but that never seems to be the case for me

Looks like the "Top tube length: 60 cm" is rather prevalent. They also use it to describe this frame too. Fortunately I'm looking at the tall frames.

Had a chance of searching around with the stock number provided at the OP and looks like this frame is the same one. It does have dimensions for other sizes.
