All-Road handlebar?
I currently have a 26" drop bar off-road tourer. I've really liked the Noodle on my road bike, but wish the drops were more shallow and flared. I currently have a soma portola. It has a great flare, and the drop is very nice and shallow at 112 drop, but wish the ramps were more flat for longer distance riding on the hoods.
Ordered the Nitto RM 013, but it still has a 140mm drop.
Any dropped handlebars that you liked off road, as well as being comfortable on the hoods? Looking for shallow drop (around 120-125mm), good flat ramps, and nice flare. Also prefer 26.0 to fit on quill stem.

I have tried most of the dirt drops available. I wanted to like the Nitto dirt drop, but it was too narrow. I have this one on my Fargo now in a 50cm and it seems promising. Will get a couple more rides on it before I tape it up.

They only work with mountain levers and shifter, but that's what a 26 inch MTB started its life with.

For the sake of not going broke, I decided to keep the Soma portolas but switched to a smaller stem. The Portolas have short reach and I was using a longer stem, but a shorter stem allowed me to be more comfortable in the hooks. Also raised the stem height a little. Lastly, I titled the bars up a bit so the ramps are a bit more parallel to the stem.
So far has been much better riding.

A moustache bar is the perfect compromise.
It offers all the hand positions of a drop bar but gives you an upright riding position and it doesn't mean you have to spend a lot of money changing existing STI levers/brakeset, if that's your bike came equipped with.
