Accessories for kids
My husband recently came across an old Trek 3700 identical to the one he had stolen years ago. He ended up buying the matching husband and wife set from the garage sale. We have been on the hunt to get our whole family into biking for fun. We have 3 boys that are 9, 7 and 4 and a 10 month old daughter. So far we managed to get together a slew of second hand bikes for everyone.
Currently we have the Trek 3700s, 2 Trek 220s, a Trek Jet 20, a Trek Mountain Train, an older Burley Solo and an iBert seat. We won't be riding on the road and will stick to rails to trails for now. We would like the option of going to beginner or easy mountain bike trails sometime. There is also a BMX track in town that my two oldest are interested in trying out.
I do plan on trying to get the stroller conversion kit for the Burley but are there any useful accessories for the kids or us to have? Camelbaks?

My kids would probably put cards in their spokes They love the valve lights we picked up too.
Grips they need. Both 220s are bare right now anyway. I just need to find the right size.
They have good helmets although the babys BOB is still a smidge big. The lady at the bike shop recommended putting a thin headband on first. Although adding extra padding to the helmet seems easier?

In addition to the list above: Lights front and back in case you are riding on some neighborhood roads to get to the trails. Some flashy ones which increase visibility. I also got cheap plastic fenders for all our bikes so the kids don't get all that dirty when running on wet or muddy trails.
And encourage the kids to wear more visible clothing.

No street riding here. We live rural but on a busy main road, lots of semi traffic and such. The Amish ride daily but I don't feel comfortable with cars zipping by.

Unfortunately, oversized tubing is a problem for vintage clamps. Hose clamps? Hopefully the cages wouldn't slide around much.
If there is room for tools, perhaps the tubing is thick enough to drill and tap, or you could install rivnuts.

Handlebar mount adapter for bottle cage
There is a handlebar mount for a water bottle cage. I have one of these and it works well but the price from US sellers is pretty steep at $6 Handlebar Mount Clamp Bracket For Bicycle Water bottle Cage New | eBay If you need a couple and can wait about 14- 21 days for delivery you can get the same mount from the source (China of course) for $1.15 postpaid Bicycle Cycling Water Bottle Cage Holder Clamp Clip Handlebar Mount Bracket BE | eBay or a plastic cage with mount for $1.40 including postage
