Gary Fisher Napa
I'm looking for a comfort/hybrid bike for local ride, maybe about 10 miles or so and found a Gary Fisher Napa.
Does anyone have this bike? I did a search but not too many talk about it. Is this a good bike?

Your 10 mile rides, are they on the street, trail, or off road?
If you are going off road, that would be a good bike, it is closer to a mountain bike than the Hybrids, and geared a little lower, and has smaller tiers. If I could make a recommendation, test ride the Napa, and then test ride something like my GF Tiburon, or a Trek 7300, they may be more of what you are looking for in a bike at about the same cost.
A few things to think about, I have already changed my seat, and seat post; they are the same as on the Napa. The post and seat were pretty much not good. The seat post would sink making it impossible to set it properly. Then there was the seat. It was VERY nice when I started to ride, but soon became too soft. I changed it also, and now I am happy with the ride.

The road is paved street. I have to check the 7300.
Each store here seems to carry one brand, I have to go across town to check out different brands. That particular store carries Fisher bikes, for Trek, have to go another store. Is this the norm with bike stores?

Yes. Kind of like car dealerships. One may carry Chevy's, another Buick's, both made by GM. Trek owns Gary Fisher. I don't know of any examples in my area where GF and Trek are done by the same dealer.
The Napa is more of a cruiser kind of bike than the Tiburon. Difference are in the gearing and tire size. If you're riding a lot on the road, you'll like the 700c tire size on the Tiburon class bikes over the 26" tires on the the Napa. My guess is that if you are doing more than 25 miles a week, you'll want the sleeker bike.

I went to see the Napa and the Zebrano S. I like the Napa.
I have to check out the Trek 7200 today and Fuji Del Rey. Can't find anything about the Del Rey.
