child's bike question - fat tires

I saw a child's bike that had extremely fat tires which allowed the rider - who looked to be about 3 or 4 - to ride a two wheeler. Does anyone know about this type of kid's bike? Thanks.

I doubt anything like that exists. Think about how far apart training wheels are....the width of the tires would likely need to be at least as wide.
