Hello, Bialy.
Though there is nothing wrong with thinking ahead about probable sizes, I would suggest the best way to get the right bike for you is test rides of fairly significant length on various sizes and geometries. Though you can have some fun and cover some miles on most any bike, the one just right for you makes a big enough difference to make it worth the time and effort in selecting.

That depends on your geometry!
I am only 5'10" but with a 35" inseam, I end up with a 20" bike with the seat stem all the way up or a 22" with less standover than I would like but enough for the bike to 'fit'. I also have a shorter torso and arms so I have to find a bike with a relatively short top tube or the stretch is too much. I am female but all the women's bikes are too small except the WSD 58" Trek road bikes but I don't want drop bars (in that event the Raleigh cyclo cross fit perfectly).
Anyhow, most likely 20" but if you have gorilla arms make sure the bars are far enough out (they can put on a longer stem if necessary). A good bike shop is worth a lot to get fitted properly.

21 inch Trek Frame for me,,,
I stand just at 6 foot, add another inch for shoes,,, I just purchased a Trek Dual Sport 8.5 in a 21 inch Frame and fits me perfect. I have a 32 inch Inseam and arm lentgh I would say proportional to Body.
I love this Bike, coming from a Cannondale F800 in an 18 inch with knobbies. I should see quite a speed difference on the rode,,, )

I think you will settle somewhere near the 58cm size.

I am 6'1'' with shoes and just recenty purchased a Trek Dual Sport 8.5 in the 21 inch Frame size. Seems to be a perfect fit. First 20 mile ride tomorrow am with it. I am coming out of an 18 inch Cannondale F800. This Hybrid is so much quicker on the road the little bit I have had her under my seat.

go to a reputable LBS and have them fit you....and not all makers use the same figures...geometries...
for example, a lot of people who ride a 56 road bike in other brands, ride a 58 in Trek...folks who are "in between" sizes might ride up one or down one, depending on the geometry of the bike...
my sprint bike is a 56 and my endurance bike is a 58...while my cyclocross bike is a 54... three different brands, each measured differently...Giant, Trek and Ridley.
