Novara Afterburner vs. Adams Trail a Bike

Does anyone know how the Novara version of a trail a bike compares to the Adams version? We currently have an Adams Folder that we've been very happy with. I'd like to get a 2nd one for our 2nd child but, the bicycle stores in our area no longer sell them. Also, is the hitch the same or different? I can't tell from the pictures on the internet.
