My new Trek 3900. Any one else got one?
I think I posted this in the wrong forum last time. Anyway...
I got mine less than a week ago and it seems great. I had my LBS switch the stock knobbies with the Bontraeger Inverted Street tires in Kevlar. I mainly ride road and bike paths. Only rode it a couple times but so far it's better than anything I've had in the past. I got the blue and yellow color in the 19.5" frame and it cost $299. Don't see why Trek discontinued the 4100, added the 3900 then raised it's price $10. Oh well it's nice.

I got the 4300 and had the LBS put GEAX roadster tires on it, and a gel seat. I too am mostly on paths, and the smoother tires make a big difference. Very happy with the bike.

Sharp bike Dave. I had the 2" tires installed instead of the 1.5" my LBS offered. I still need a decent rack though.
