Cycling in the Czech Republic

My wife and I have been to Prague several times and had a wonderfull time with the great hospitality, excellent food and beer. We are planning our summer holidays for 2005 and were thinking of cyling (gently) around to explore other parts of the Czech republic.

Does anyone have any ideas, or experience, of what might be involved and how easy/difficult it might be? We also thought it might be more fun if we went with a group of people (unfortunately most of our friends have young children and so cant come next year).

Let me know what you think

Cheers

GO..........I spent 5 days past summer in Prague and did only a very little country riding around the city, I plan to return next summer
Its like riding in a time warp. Do it now before the area becomes more popular. Not many facitlies, paths or space on the roads, but the people I met ARE friendly, few speak other than their native language, no Euros, so the money exchange was a bit of a problem, Food plain, but the tastes and flavors fantastic, and the Czech wines will knock your sox off; look out France and Napa and Aussie wines
I met a number of young Americans who were living permanently in Prague, take one of the Fat Tire Bike tours around the city
