Chariot Cougar 2 Changes?

Hello!
I'm new here and looking for some help on the purchase of a Chariot Cougar 2. I'd prefer to buy used (for obvious money reasons), and have the option to purchase from a local craigslist seller for $350, which includes the strolling kit, jogging kit, carrying bag and trailer attachment, but it's about 4 yrs old. Or we could buy new - the REI sales rep says there's a good chance they'll go on sale for Labor Day, but it would still cost around $700 for an equivalent set up.

Anyone know if there have been any major changes between the 2009 and 2013 models? Just trying to figure out if paying twice the amount is worth it.

Thanks so much!

Can't help much. Newer model looks a bit more aerodynamic. Also, the "partial window venting", (gray mesh triangles on the front) are new, or at least more prominent on the 2013. The main difference, assuming the 2009 is in acceptable condition, is the warranty. Lifetime, non-transferable, if that matters to you.
