Trailer Hitch bike rack + cargo

I've been putting our family's (4) bikes on the roof of our SUV and am looking for a more pleasant option. We have a 2" hitch on our vehicle. Has anyone had any experience with Stowaway SwingAway racks?

I really like the idea of having a cargo carrier which can also be used as a bike rack. I'm worried about any droop or flimsiness in the mechanism + general quality.

Are there any other popular options that I should be considering?

We have a draftmaster and really like it. Much easier compared to the roof rack, in my opinion. No extra storage space with it though.

I wouldn't like how the bikes are attached there. 4 bikes on there are going to swing back and forth and bang into each other.

Just looking at the pictures, I do think it looks a bit flimsy. I'd want to see it in person.

+1 on Draft Master. Great rack, but expensive.

Local Welding shop ... they will be the key to getting the mount on the car non floppy .

actually towing a trailer and putting the bikes in the trailer and locking the door on the trailer will be Best.
