Yes... Our server is down. I can't even get e-mail at this time. Our host is giving uas absolutely no indication as to when it will be back or even what is wrong. As soon as it's back it may go down again while we switch hosts.
Our traffic and bandwidth is much higher than most companies are willing to accept for anything resembling a reasonable amount of money. At the time we went with this company they were the only one we could afford. Pretty sick of them now though. My wife has a $10 a month hosting plan and gets 24-hour support from them. I pay about thirty times that much and my tech support person is only available 9-5 PST Mon-Fri. Pretty rediculous. A quick search shows that we're overpaying now so we'll be switching.
I'm sure sorry to hear that you're having problems....as I sure miss your site. Good luck with your change, sure hope it's better than what you have now....mean time, I'll be checking every day to see if you're back.
