Fret not about Burley, as it will survive and indeed grow stronger. There are those who may wish otherwise, but they will be denied. Burley will continue to build high-quality products in the US and respond to the needs of their customers, while providing jobs and benefits to its employees and their families while serving the common good. You can count on that! Be patient.

I don't but wonder where the owners are! I've posted to 3 forums asking questions of them, and hardly anyone speaks up in testimony of their LWB Burley steed! There doesn't appear to be an owners group, or thread.....where do I find them?

Does this mean that all of the current and former members have agreed to convert their witheld dividends to stock and that as a result of converting those liabilities to stockholder equity an investor has given Burley the cash infusion it so desperately needed?

Motherhood and apple-pie are all fine and well, but some facts would certainly help out here. For whatever reason, Burley's skirt has been blowing up well over her head for a long time so anyone who has paid attention has a pretty good idea that things have not been all nice, tidy, and trimmed up in her nether-regions.

I can sure speak for the Burley Koosay, one of their LWB bents. I wore out the original components and replaced them all with high end SRAM stuff 947 miles ago. Just got finished riding my first Century, with a 75 miler the following day in record temps.
Their seat is crappy but I modified mine a lot and could ride it continually for a week if I didn't need to stop and sleep once in a while. A great machine, in my opinion, anyway!
