Bike Forums - Talked to Steve @ Actionbent

Well after taking my Tadpole to my LBS for the popping and creeking noise twice now thinking that it was the spokes in that wheel making all that noise. comes to find out that it was the bearing in that wheel making all that noise. So like everybody always say, call Randy. When I called today guess who anwsered,Steve. Right from the start he copped an attitude with me asking why didn't I E-Mail Randy and saying that he was on the highway driving his car. So I went ahead and told him what the deal was with the left front wheel, and he told me to take it back to my LBS to have a new bearing put in. I told him that my LBS said that the bearing is pressed in and the whole wheel has to be replaced. Then Steve said theres no way in hell that they were going to send me a whole new wheel and told me to E-Mail Randy,then I did that. Then not much more than an hour later I got this from UPS, sorryI X'ed out my strret name and tracking number to be on the safe side.
