I recently bought a used Vision SWB USS. It is blue with V brakes and an 8 speed cassette.

The serial number is 1074. What model is this & how old is it?

No idea sorry... I own a 99 RV40EU-USS-SWB/LWB Convertable. Great bike...! Congrats on your new Bent.
