brake shoe toe in

Is there a way to adjust the toe-in on the brake shoes of a Rans Stratus?

If your brakes are the direct-pull Tektro MT-15's with the asymmetrical pads and shoes there is, I believe, no toe adjustment provided or supposedly necessary.
