Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

A starting place might be www.radiks.net/~ladue/ and www.bentrideronline.com

Do a search on homebuilt recumbents. I found a few sites that way before I bought the Bentech plans. I wouldn't say the directions are step by step unless you've done this type of project before.

I'm still working on it!
