Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Tandem Trike for Two Tall People

My wife and I are starting to look at getting a tandem trike. We first looked at the Terra-trike tandem and the one made by Organic Machines (?), but they both don't come in sizes that we need. My x-seam is 45" and hers is 44". Any ideas?

I'm trying to contact Greenspeed about there's to see if they can make one that long. Also, there is a website by a guy named Teesdale who claims to make custom made tandem trikes... Not sure if anyone knows about this guy.

Any help? We really like the idea of a trike. We'd go with a Easyracer style recumbent tandem if we had to, but... we just really like the trike.

Thanks in advance.

Organic Engines Troika

The Troika says captain 50" stoker up to 44" xseam. Since he is a builder, he could probably change a few things for the stoker if needed.
