Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

I'm glad I looked in this thread. I just bought a TW-bent 'Elegance' and was looking for some kind of fairing that's big enough to go up and around the cranks. I think one like Trikin's will work. In this area, I mostly want it for weather protection. I might eventually try a full faired setup to see what the difference is, both in speed (less a concern) and in the weather.

Check with Terracycle. They bought Windwrap last year, and I think A GX fairing:

would work for you. If you can make it down to Portland, they'll help you pick out the one that's right.

You could also wander over to Coventry Cycles to talk to Tweety about her faired-and-socked Bacchetta:

Thanks for the link. That's what I'm looking for, and according to Hostelle Shop, that's the best fairing for my 'bent.
