Recumbent training crossover to raod bike?
I am primarily a road bike person (triathlon), wondering if training on a recumbent in the gym has any carryover benefit (besides cardio)to road riding?

I'd say it's best to train on the platform you're going to use in a race. I have not seen that conditioning in one position helps for another position.
